Park, you can be sure that your matter will be personally handled by the attorney that you consulted with and hired. You will not be shuttled off to an inexperienced associate attorney or walled off by a paralegal.
By way of background, Sam graduated from U.C. Berkeley, with degrees in Cognitive Science and Psychology. He obtained his law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law, where, as part of his studies, he served as an administrative hearing officer for the city, harbor, and airport of San Diego. Sam began his career in San Diego before moving back to Monterey County in 2021 to start a family.

After mounting a vigorous defense, based on the attorney's defective retainer agreement, the case settled for $165,000. Similarly, in Stanton T. Mathews and Associates, A Law Corporation, v. Nachtrieb, at al., Sam defended his client in a suit brought by her former attorney, negotiating a reduction of more than $500,000 from the lawyer's claim for fees. Sam also represents consumers in bringing claims for elder abuse, professional negligence, and unfair business practices.
Family Law
Sam assists family law clients seeking custody and visitation orders, property division, marital dissolution, as well as orders under the Domestic Violence Prevention Act. Sam takes a caring and compassionate approach to family law cases. Sam understands that cases involving domestic relations can be highly stressful, emotionally charged, and financially consequential. As a client of the Law Office of Samuel H. Park, APC, you can rest assured that your case will be handled competently and efficiently, by an experienced attorney, without the vitriol and unproductive conduct that is all to common in this area of law. Sam encourages potential clients to read the reviews left by satisfied former clients.
Bankruptcy
In keeping with his commitment to help families and individuals, Sam also represents clients in bankruptcy proceedings. He has helped his clients discharge millions of dollars of debt and obtain a fresh start. On the other hand, Sam also assists clients in holding debtors who commit fraud or other acts of willful and malicious injury accountable by obtaining judgments determining that such debts are non-dischargeable in bankruptcy.
